Abstract

Business Intelligence (BI) plays a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making by transforming raw data into meaningful insights. However, traditional BI processes often require significant manual effort and are limited in handling large-scale, dynamic data environments. Artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies have emerged as transformative tools for automating business intelligence processes, enabling faster, more accurate, and predictive analytics. This paper examines the role of artificial intelligence and machine learning in automating business intelligence workflows.
