Abstract

The rapid growth of digital healthcare data has created significant opportunities for applying machine learning techniques to improve predictive analysis and clinical decision-making. Healthcare systems generate vast amounts of structured and unstructured data, including electronic health records, laboratory results, and imaging data. Machine learning algorithms can analyze these datasets to identify patterns, predict disease outcomes, and support early diagnosis. This paper explores the application of machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis in healthcare systems. Commonly used supervised and unsupervised learning techniques are discussed, along with their roles in disease prediction, risk stratification, and patient outcome forecasting. The study highlights the potential of machine learning to enhance healthcare efficiency, accuracy, and personalized patient care.
